Project goals are created by the LAB in each city. A local project coordinator (PC) guides the process. The PC helps establish a goal for each project, along with the time frames related to their achievement. The PC supports the various project teams in their locale. Domain experts assist in the development of “SMART” long and short-term goals for projects. Experts in the Agile Framework and Change Theory monitor and improve processes.
